Hannah has worked in digital for more than 10 years, with a particular interest in arts, events, and comedy across both her working and personal life. She has been with for Calico for almost 10 of those years.

Julie brings over 15 years of experience in project management, digital production, and online communications to Calico. With a background in Landscape Architecture and Information Studies, Julie has a versatile skill set that she continuously draws upon to provide a fresh perspective to projects. Her impressive problem-solving and technical know-how sees her lead and deliver diverse projects with success.

Judd has been designing websites of all shapes and sizes for over 18 years. He is insightful, decisive, creative and pragmatic. Judd strives for simplicity and creating great user experiences. His creativity extends beyond his design credentials, with a keen interest in music production.

Our expert Frontend Lead, Bevan has worked at Calico for more than 14 years. Starting with Flash in the early 2000s and quickly moving onto PHP and Javascript, he has been a full-stack developer for over 20 years and is now focussing on frontend. Outside of work he especially enjoys gaming, both digital and tabletop.

Warwick is a senior .Net developer with over 20 years of experience in website development. He has an impressive track record of system architecture across a wide variety of technologies & programming languages and can quickly translate business needs into working IT solutions. For fun he likes playing and tinkering with guitars and listening to whatever is good indie rock.

An experienced project manager and producer, Agustina has a diverse portfolio spanning multiple industries and creative agencies. With over 7 years of experience, she has worked with international banks, art centers, and lifestyle brands. Her love for photography, travel, and Argentinian culture adds depth and diversity to her work. You’ll often find her reminding you about Argentina winning the World Cup.

Raluca is an experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in developing mobile, desktop, and web-based applications. With expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework, Raluca has successfully delivered complex projects and demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills. In their free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, and also has a passion for reading.

With close to a decade of experience working with Umbraco as a full stack developer, Daniel has been involved in everything from small local businesses, all the way up to internationally recognized global brands.

As a Solutions Architect, Daniel loves catering to the unique needs and requirements of the client, and loves a challenge. When not at his desk, Daniel enjoys playing with his dog Hercules and hitting the gym. If you see Daniel admiring his Pokemon card collection, please ask him about it. He loves showing it off.

A highly experienced PHP developer, Jonathon's skills cover CMSs including Drupal and Wordpress, and PHP frameworks such as Zend and Laravel. He also dabbles in frontend technologies, database design, server administration and dev ops and is a well-rounded tech in the Linux/PHP world. Offline, Jonathon can be found in the garden, walking in the forest and carving wooden spoons.

Coming from an advertising background, Nicola honed her campaign management and client liaison skills, eventually leading to digital campaigns and web development projects. She has worked on a range of clients including Vodafone, ANZ, Aussie Home Loans, Melbourne Polytechnic and Isuzu Australia. Outside of work, Nicola is a keen foodie and is always on the lookout for her next holiday adventure.

Frances is a seasoned communications professional with over 10 years of experience. With a keen interest in digital tech and the environment, she's committed to driving change through effective communication. Frances brings invaluable global knowledge to the team, with experience throughout EMEA, APAC, and the US markets.

Steven is a .Net Developer who started in Game Development and Design then moved to Web-Based Applications. Utilizing both experiences enables him to view and tackle complex issues through multiple lenses. Outside of work you may find Steven riding down rail-trails with plenty of cafe stops.

An Umbraco master, skilled across diverse clients able to craft bespoke solutions. His passion lie in creating exceptional websites that seamlessly blend form and function. From elegant content management to robust e-commerce solutions, Scott is a wealth of knowledge. He is an active participant in the Umbraco community, constantly honing his expertise. When he's not immersed in code, you’ll find Scott tending to his phenomenal garden.

Peta applies a rich background of corporate and community skills to her work across stakeholders. She prides herself on her personable and approachable nature, always certain to connect to anybody who comes her way. She is a Jack-of-all, with responsibilities across Studio Management into Operations and Project Management.

When she isn't at her desk, you can find Peta perusing produce at a local farmer's market or having a boogie at dance class.
